Job Overview: As a Water Valet, you will perform maintenance and service on client water systems for both residential and commercial properties. You’ll engage with customers by providing professional service, expert recommendations, and general guidance. Every day, you’ll deliver superior customer service and high-quality workmanship to ensure our clients’ pools and spas are safe, clean, and enjoyable. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hourly Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating professional and ethical conduct. Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills and a clean, well-groomed appearance. Adhere to all company policies, including safe driving practices and workplace safety guidelines. Test and balance water systems to maintain proper chlorine, pH, and overall water quality levels. Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including cleaning or replacing filters, underwater lighting bulbs, and other necessary tasks. Drain and refill hot tubs and swim spas as needed. Maintain an organized, fully stocked inventory of equipment, chemicals, and essential supplies. Use spa vacuums and other tools to clean spa floors and surfaces. Inspect and repair corrosion, cracks, or leaks in spa walls or floors. Remove leaves and debris from water surfaces using a telescopic pole and net. Deliver products or equipment as required. Safely operate company-provided vehicles when transporting materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records and complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Collaborate with the service team to ensure every client receives an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a spa technician preferred. Knowledge of spa cleaning and maintenance techniques and industry best practices. Strong understanding of spa chemicals, their properties, and safe handling procedures. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Ability to safely operate vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
