Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the F-35 Program WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING This role is responsible for tooling and factory transition execution for the F-35 FACO, Fabrication, and Finishes (CFF/LFF) build areas. This role may support both domestic and international tooling projects. u2022 Ensure tools and equipment are specified, scoped and built to meet engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements. u2022 Responsible for developing robust Statements of Work (SOWs) when contracting suppliers to execute work supporting our programs. u2022 Required to work with Procurement and suppliers to have the tools & equipment delivered in time to support contract milestones. u2022 Engage with Tool Design, Planning, Procurement, Facilities, ESH, and Tooling/Fabrication suppliers to successfully manage the F-35 tooling & equipment portfolio. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience Catia V5 u2022 Experience with GD&T Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing practices and principles u2022 Demonstrated instances of working in multi-functional teams u2022 Demonstrated strong project management skills u2022 Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project Desired Skills: u2022 Experience with the F-35 production environment u2022 Experience with LM tooling processes, procedures and Catia V5 u2022 Experience developing supplier Statements of Work u2022 Persuasive presentation skills u2022 Knowledge of aerospace component fabrication & assembly u2022 Effective written and verbal skills Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
