Job Summary and Qualifications Our Clinical Lab Scientists perform clinical testing in one or more of the following areas: blood bank, chemistry, serology, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, special chemistry, microbiology and manual tests. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply today + You will perform automated, semi-automated and manual procedures in the fields of bacteriology, parasitology, hematology, coagulation, serology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and immunohematology. According to established procedures and policies + You will perform preventative maintenance on laboratory instrumentation, interpret results as to their accuracy, acceptability and critical limits and organizes work to meet established deadlines and record all data obtained + You will work actively and be cooperative with nursing and other hospital staff to ensure timely patient care as well as assist with regulatory compliance Qualifications + Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist license per CA State Board + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent from an accredited college or university + At least one year of acute care hospital experience; new grads will be considered Benefits Los Robles Regional Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
