Contribute to the design and implementation of Rust modules as the team transitions to this language. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standâups, retrospectives) and use modern CI/CD pipelines. Work with Dockerâbased containerized applications and deploy them on Redâ¯Hat Enterprise Linux environments. Troubleshoot and support existing C/C++/Java code bases for legacy sustainment. Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams (DevOps, SRE, QA) to ensure highâquality, secure releases. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in code quality, testing, and security. Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
