Our client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing / Production department supporting the assembly of automotive components and sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler Location: Newark, CA Shift: Day shift and night shift available Pay range: $18.50 - $19.25 depending on shift What's the Job? + Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions and production drawings. + Perform manual assembly tasks, including installing parts, wiring, connectors, or harness components. + Use basic tools such as screwdrivers, torque tools, soldering irons, and crimping tools. + Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. + Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety guidelines. What's Needed? + High school diploma or GED preferred. + 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred but not always required). + Ability to read basic diagrams, assembly instructions, or schematics. + Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. + Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
