Oncology Nurse- Bone Marrow Transplant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Oncology Nurse u2013 Palo Alto, CA Location: Palo Alto, California Experience Level: Experienced (3+ years in outpatient BMT preferred) Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $84 and $ 85.00 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Key Responsibilities: + Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplant procedures in an outpatient setting. + Coordinate and manage patient care, including monitoring treatment plans, lab results, and medications. + Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. + Serve as a patient advocate, supporting and educating patients and families throughout the treatment journey. + Participate in case management, patient navigation, or chemotherapy administration as applicable. Education & Qualifications: + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred. + Minimum 3 years of RN experience in outpatient BMT (more experience highly valued). + Chemo certification is a big plus Licenses & Certifications: + California RN license (CA-RN) u2013 required + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association u2013 required + Chemotherapy certification u2013 a plus, but not required Additional Preferred Experience: + Nurse navigation + Case management + Outpatient oncology care u00b7 u00b7 u00b7 _Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
