Building Attendant Clinic (1199 CPH)

Description Job Title: Building Attendant- Clinic Department: Facilities Location: SLH- Greenfield Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: 4pm-12am- every other weekend SUMMARY: Maintain sanitary and attractive surroundings, provide excellent customer service, and comply with safety/regulatory guidelines. Comply with OSHA and MSDS practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, operating rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas; handle trash and waste disposal in compliance with standards. Maintain floors and carpets through stripping, waxing, and shampooing; ensure walkways are safe and accessible. Provide responsive assistance to patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. Adhere to OSHA and MSDS safety practices while working collaboratively to achieve departmental goals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6 Months industrial/ institutional cleaning experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting. PAY RANGE: $18.10 - $25.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
