IT Manager/Director

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to oversee critical technology operations within our organization in Dublin, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives while ensuring the stability and reliability of essential systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary accountability point for a key application within the Treasury Management and Enterprise Payments division. u2022 Manage production support teams to ensure the stability and reliability of mission-critical systems. u2022 Drive the delivery of new technology initiatives aligned with strategic roadmaps and business objectives. u2022 Oversee incident management processes, compliance standards, and root cause analysis for system issues. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and balance operational support with project development. u2022 Lead technical teams by providing mentorship, coaching, and direction to ensure optimal performance. u2022 Coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and resource commitments. u2022 Work closely with infrastructure, IT operations, and application teams to maintain system reliability and alignment. u2022 Manage technical backlogs, including prioritization of tasks, resource allocation, and dependency management. u2022 Partner with business teams to define and implement technology solutions that meet organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field. u2022 Minimum of 10 years of technology experience, including application development and production support. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in managing applications within a mainframe environment. u2022 Proven leadership experience in technology delivery or operations. u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cisco Technologies, and Configuration Management. u2022 Hands-on experience with mainframe applications, DB2 databases, and EDI systems. u2022 Familiarity with enterprise integrations such as APIs and z/OS Connect. u2022 Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams.
