This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities:Perform and support Power BI platform functions, including administration, gateway configuration, report deployment, incident support, and platform monitoringManage a team of MSP individuals to ensure efficient monitoring of data pipelines, rapid incident response, and consistent adherence to SLAsDesign and deliver BI solutions such as reports and dashboards, support complex business rules, and provide support for legacy reporting systemsEngage with business clients to understand needs and collaborate on solutions and liaise with cross-functional teams on BI and data operations initiativesUtilize database querying skills (Azure Data Bricks, SQL) to ensure accurate data representation and maintain the stability of enterprise BI platforms like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AlteryxLead operational oversight by monitoring daily BI performance and communicating findings, acting as the primary escalation point for issue resolution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and contributing to strategic roadmap planningAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent BI development experience with proven expertise in Power BI administration, operations, and incident managementBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredSQL scripting experience is required, along with strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skillsFamiliarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, with a focus on meeting SLAs and driving continuous improvementStrong technical documentation skills and experience contributing to strategic planning and roadmap developmentExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and translate data analysis into actionable insightsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (
