Job Title: First Shift Machinist Job Description Join a dynamic team at a growing equipment manufacturer as a First Shift Machinist. In this role, you will set up and operate manual lathes and mills in our machine shop. You will receive work orders and blueprints, select the appropriate tooling, and ensure that parts are manufactured to specification. Responsibilities + Set up and operate manual lathes and mills. + Review work orders and blueprints to determine tooling requirements. + Ensure that parts are manufactured to specification using precision measuring tools. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in manual mill setup and operation. + 2+ years of experience in manual lathe setup and operation. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Competence in using precision measuring tools. + Experience in a machine shop environment is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Work Environment Work in a newly built, clean, quiet, and well-lit facility. The machine shop is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work environment. Join a collaborative team of 80-85 employees in manufacturing printing machines. The facility is designed to foster teamwork and productivity. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $60320.00/yr.
