IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR CNC MACHINIST Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills, including Haas and Cincinnati equipment, to produce high-precision tooling components. Responsibilities + Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, including Haas and Cincinnati equipment. + Operate 3- and 4-axis CNC machinery to produce precision tooling components. + Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings. + Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools. + Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications and tolerances. + Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment following standard operating procedures. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Essential Skills + Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, including setup and operation. + Experience with 3-axis and/or 4-axis machining. + Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints. + Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools. + Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials. + Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and reliable work ethic.
