Operations Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the FX, Commodities, and OTC Derivatives line of business at one of our large financial clients. This individual will be part of a team which provides full operational support across Trade Control, Confirmations, Settlements, and Account & Balance Management. The role supports FX and Commodities directly and provides confirmations and settlements for OTC derivatives across the FI and Equity businesses. Responsibilities include validating and maintaining trades, resolving breaks and discrepancies, managing confirmations and settlements, overseeing account and balance activities, and partnering closely with Sales, Trading, and Operations. Additional responsibilities include: Performing trade validation by reconciling trades to ensure accurate booking in systems Executing trade amendments to correct booking errors Investigate and resolve trade breaks by working closely with Sales, Trading, and Operations Support FX & Commodities Trade Control, including trade validation, maintenance, break resolution, and reconciliation Manage FX, Commodities & OTC Derivative confirmations, including electronic matching, paper confirmation drafting and issuance, and confirmation query resolution Support FX, Commodities & OTC Derivative settlements, including settlement affirmation and release, client query management, and postu2011settlement break resolution Assist with account and balance management activities, including exotic currency balance management, nostro account management, and client SSI management Participate in adu2011hoc projects involving requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, testing, and implementation Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and risk management, seeing ideas through to implementation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
