Job Description Responsibilities: u2022 Customer/User Focus: Builds a deep understanding of our customers, their use cases, and their emerging needs. Ensures we are solving the right problems and delivering maximum value to customers. u2022 Creative Problem Solving: Leverages competitive analysis, user data, and inspiration sources to independently identify multiple potential solutions to a problem. u2022 Product Design: Translates customer needs and business needs into journey maps and wireframed experiences. Shares insights and solutions with peers across the business. u2022 Data Driven: Utilizes qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and business analytics to inform design decisions. Works with cross-functional team to establish and track success metrics.
