Senior Test Analyst [REMOTE JOB]

Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive test engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and process owners to identify issues, reduce delivery time, and deliver high quality applications to our users. The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert and technical lead on their toolsets. This individual will have experience in creating test plans with traceability to defined requirements, executing test plans, and tracking defect remediation. This candidate will also have experience with automated testing implementations. Required Education, Experience, & Skills + Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. + 2 years of professional test development and integration experience + Proficient at learning new systems and tools and translating business requirements into targeted test cases #LI-KK1 #LI-REMOTE Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills + Experience with Jama Software + Experience with Tricentis testing automation + Good understanding of SDLC + ServiceNow experience + Experience with Icertis Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
