Adecco is partnering with a local client in Fall River, WI to find experienced and reliable paint helpers on 3rd shift. Pay: $17/hr 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am May need to train on 1st or 2nd shift OT may extend start/end time and/or include Fri work (limited OT available) Some of the benefits include: Competitive Pay Air-Conditioned Facility Potential for Pay Increase and Advancement Opportunities After Hire On Free Health Clinic On-the-job training AND MORE Responsibilities Prepare parts for coating by taping, masking, and hanging them properly on the conveyor; assist with assembly and racking as needed. Inspect finished parts for coating quality and thickness using approved tools; report any quality issues to leadership or QC. Package finished parts according to instructions to prevent damage, and ensure proper containers and racks are used. Maintain clean and organized work area, including paint hooks and equipment; report material or packaging shortages. Complete required production and quality documentation; follow all safety procedures, company policies, and PPE requirements. Qualifications: Solid work history Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask.
