Advertisement & Growth Manager

Description We are looking for a driven Advertisement & Growth Manager to lead paid acquisition strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This position focuses on optimizing campaign performance, improving lead conversion rates, and driving measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to make strategic decisions based on data. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals. u2022 Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. u2022 Develop creative strategies to enhance ad effectiveness and drive revenue growth. u2022 Optimize digital product funnels, including webinar funnels, to increase lead-to-sale conversions. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid acquisition efforts with broader business objectives. u2022 Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. u2022 Identify trends and implement strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape. u2022 Test and refine ad creatives and targeting strategies to maximize ROI. u2022 Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices and industry standards. u2022 Proactively identify and address challenges to maintain consistent growth. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns. u2022 Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and conversion rates. u2022 Proven ability to optimize digital product funnels, including webinar funnels. u2022 Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and revenue generation. u2022 Familiarity with TikTok Ads and evergreen sales systems is highly preferred. u2022 Experience running ads for digital courses or online education businesses is a plus. u2022 Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform creative decisions. u2022 Must live within 90 miles of Holly Springs, Georgia for occasional in-person meetings.
