Essential Skills + Proficiency in general labor and warehouse operations. + Experience in shipping, stocking, and manual pallet jack operation. + Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently. + Competence in using RF scanners and handling inventory. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED required. + 0-6 months of related warehouse experience preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts are actively used. The warehouse is heated in winter and equipped with fans and water coolers during the hot summer months. Contractors should wear light, breathable layers and appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. The use of cellphones or electronics is prohibited within the warehouse. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
