As a vital member of the Research and Development department, you will support product testing, data analysis, and formulation development to drive excellence and innovation in haircare and styling products. Job Title: Product Performance Evaluation Scientist Location: Clark, NJ Pay Range: $30 $35 per hour What's the Job? + Assist with formula batching, sample preparation, and demonstration exploration in a laboratory setting. + Analyze and compile data to create detailed dossiers supporting product development and claim testing projects. + Support project management efforts related to claim testing and product validation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance aligns with market needs and standards. + Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize formulations in personal care or cosmetic fields. What's Needed? + Bacheloru2019s degree in cosmetic science, biology, chemistry, or related technical/scientific field. + 3-7 years of relevant experience in product testing, formulation, or research within the personal care or cosmetic industry. + Technical proficiency with digital tools such as iMovie, Canva, TikTok, and editing software. + Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
