The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery Partner is a dynamic role that combines project management, business analysis, and technical expertise. This position works closely with the IT Business Partner to assess, implement, and drive the adoption of technology solutions that support business objectives. The Solution Delivery Partner will also collaborate with the Business Partner on stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess strong business acumen and experience in organizational change management, conflict resolution, and driving business-technology innovation. Core competencies include a proven track record of delivering capabilities using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and hands-on expertise in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, and database technologies). The role requires hands-on experience with critical Life Sciences technology platforms, including LIMS systems such as LabWare and LabVantage, serialization and traceability systems such as UniTrace, and other regulated QC/QA applications. A strong understanding of FDA/GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 compliance, and data integrity principles is required, along with familiarity with DSCSA requirements for end-to-end track-and-trace processes. Experience working with EDI integrations, and understanding SAP S/4HANA integration frameworks is also important for success in this role. At Otsuka, we defy limitations so that others can too. Job Description: The Solution Delivery Partner collaborates with the IT Business Partner to assess and recommend technology solutions that support business operations and strategic goals. This role coordinates across IT shared services and cross-functional teams to analyze, align, integrate, document, and enable new capabilities for Otsuka and its affiliates. Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Lead the technical vision and development strategy for key enterprise applications, driving business-technology innovation and transformation. + Apply knowledge of emerging technology trends and industry best practices to improve processes and support strategic decision-making. + Oversee the successful delivery of new capabilities using robust SDLC practices. + Provide hands-on technical leadership in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies. + Manage EDI integration processes and technologies and support external system integration with SAP S/4HANA. + Ensure all computerized systems comply with FDA and GxP regulations, including requirements related to data integrity and validation. + Provide technical and operational support for core GxP Life Sciences platforms, including LabWare LIMS, LabVantage LIMS, UniTrace (serialization), and other regulated QC/QA systems, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and audit readiness. + Maintain knowledge of DSCSA requirements and their impact on serialization workflows, EPCIS data exchange, and end-to-end track-and-trace processes across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain operations. + Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technology solutions. Qualifications: + 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years of Life Sciences or regulated industry experience in a technical support, development, or service delivery role. + Insights and knowledge of leading technology trends and best practices which are improving the processes and strategic decision making in supported areas. + Organizational change management, issues & conflict management, business-technology innovation and transformation experience. + Multiple success in delivering new capabilities using system development life cycle (SDLC) practices. + Proven hands-on experience in full stack development, including front-end, back-end technologies, and database management. + Demonstrated working knowledge and handsu2011on operational experience with core GxP Life Sciences platforms, including LabWare LIMS, LabVantage LIMS, UniTrace (Serialization/Traceability), and other regulated QC/QA systems. + Strong familiarity with DSCSA requirements and their impact on serialization workflows, EPCIS data exchange, and endu2011tou2011end tracku2011andu2011trace processes across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain operations. + Broad understanding of FDA and GXP regulations as they apply to computerized systems and data integrity in the pharmaceutical industry. + Experience with EDI integration processes and technology. + Familiarity with S/4HANA integration frameworks and how external systems interact with the core ERP. Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a bacheloru2019s degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or adjacent fields. Advanced degree in in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is desirable. Minimum $150,034.00 - Maximum $224,250.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States.
