Inside Sales

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team!! What You’ll Do: • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions• Assist customers in selecting products, offering technical guidance and solutions• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure accuracy and satisfaction• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams• Collaborate with the warehouse and outside sales team to ensure timely delivery and service• Stay informed about product lines, industry trends, and vendor offerings• Support counter sales and other branch operations as needed What You Bring: • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution (plumbing/HVAC/industrial experience is a plus)• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset• Comfort with computer systems, order entry, and basic Microsoft Office tools• A team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn Pay $22 - 24 /hr Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm To apply: Text 'sales' to 840-261-4170 or send resume to
