Project Manager

Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support a general contractor specializing in commercial fit-outs. This role involves overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. Responsibilities + Manage 4-8 construction projects simultaneously. + Ensure projects are high quality, delivered on schedule, and within budget. + Coordinate between clients/owners and internal team. + Oversee project budgets and scheduling. + Select and manage subcontractors. + Collaborate with the superintendent to manage day-to-day project activities. Essential Skills + 4-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. + Strong scheduling and project planning experience. + Experience in negotiating and managing subcontractors. + Experience with quick turnaround projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in project management, construction management, and project coordination. + Background with a general contractor. + Experience with commercial, renovation, and fit-out projects. + Expertise in managing projects with budgets of $5M or less. + Familiarity with preconstruction and project engineering. + Understanding of construction documentation. Work Environment The Project Manager will work both in the office and on-site as required. After 90 days, there is an opportunity to work remotely one day per week.
