Cycle Counter

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team on a contract basis in Shepherdsville, KY. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse by conducting regular counts and addressing discrepancies. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. u2022 Record and report any inventory issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. u2022 Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations. u2022 Utilize templates and tools to track inventory data effectively. u2022 Follow established procedures to support hiring processes and onboarding as needed. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during operations. u2022 Assist in identifying trends or recurring inventory issues to develop solutions. u2022 Participate in video-based training sessions or meetings when required. u2022 Support the implementation of inventory management improvements within the warehouse. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation of inventory adjustments and changes. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is preferred. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory. u2022 Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or templates. u2022 Effective communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members. u2022 Ability to work onsite and adhere to company protocols. u2022 Basic computer skills for recording and analyzing inventory data. u2022 Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in a warehouse environment. u2022 Adaptability to perform tasks in a fast-paced setting.
