Job Title: Welder 1st shift: $22.50/ 2nd shift: $23.50 / weekend shift 27/hour Job Description Join a dynamic team responsible for supplying warehouse parts to major distribution centers. As a welder, you will play a crucial role in repairing parts that have been missed by robotic welders, ensuring that production numbers are met and quality parts are delivered. Responsibilities + Perform repair welds on parts that robotic welders missed. + Set up jigs and fixtures by adjusting fixtures and equipment used in production. + Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards while ensuring quality using necessary measuring tools. + Maintain required records and keep a clean work area. + Follow verbal and written instructions related to the operation of dies and equipment. + Conduct fixture set-ups and operations, buffing, spot welding, and operate special welding fixtures. + Perform MIG welding, load jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts according to blueprints. Essential Skills + Experience in MIG welding. + Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment. + Capability to keep up with production numbers while ensuring quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in machine loading is a plus. + Ability to pass a weld test. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. Why Work Here?
