Job Summary and Qualifications The RN Manager Surgical Trauma ICU ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. What qualifications you will need: + Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required + Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred + Basic Cardiac Life Support required, ACLS preferred + 3+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting; 1+ years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting required Benefits Grand Strand Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
