You will support the efforts of our clients, including cities, counties, regional authorities, state departments of transportation, transit agencies, and water, wastewater and stormwater utilities, developers focused on each of these market, in addition to other clients and industries to develop and deliver programs and projects that create positive outcomes for our clients and their stakeholders and communities.This position will require you to fulfill a role within a project or program that applies your alternative delivery experience, strategic procurement and capital advisory skills to the benefit of clients and the Jacobs team. Key parts of this work may include the planning and resourcing of program and project delivery, leading the delivery of program advisory services, to support projects and programs.Effective capital advisory goes beyond structuring deals, it demands a strategic, end-to-end approach. Experienced advisors lead multidisciplinary teams, craft robust business cases, navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes, and engage stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Your role would be to help bring this to life within Jacobsu2019s portfolios in various settings.You will have a multitude of advisory opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams at Jacobs across our Advisory and Major Programs delivery and sales teams, to positively impact our clientsu2019 mission, their infrastructure programs and projects creation and delivery - major program and infrastructure finance specialists, grant writing experts, government relations team, planners and engineers, economists & financial analysts, resiliency specialists, and many others. Our advisors assess funding and financing options, engage stakeholders to build consensus, and guide procurement and structuring strategies in alignment with policy and regulatory frameworks. With a focus on enabling Jacobs core client and developer program and project goals, as Capital Advisory Specialist, you would be envisioned to bring experience to lead and support various tasks, including the following: Feasibility assessments, forecasting, and financial modeling CapEx/OpEx estimation Economic and investment analysis Alternative finance model evaluation Risk assessments and mitigation plans Procurement and market engagement strategies ESG, technical, and financial due diligence Market insights and expertise Relationships with financial advisors, lenders, and investors Alternative funding and delivery model experience Support organizational capability assessments, change management, process review and improvements Support program performance assessments and assist strategize how to achieve outcomes and create legacyAs a Capital & Program Advisory Specialist, you will be tasked with: Leading the delivery of Jacobs programs in an advisory capacity for Alternative Delivery as needed. Engaging directly with senior executives at project sponsors, private developers, and equity investors. Engaging in strategy development, and realization for Alternative Delivery for public and private clients, across Jacobsu2019 markets in North America, as needed. Assisting in the development and management of a pursuit pipeline related to Alternative Delivery across infrastructure markets. Gathering information and knowledge to support the development of strategies to enable and win projects and programs as needed. Supporting development of presentations to clients and stakeholder groups, taking a lead where needed. Participating actively in one or more of Jacobsu2019 Community of Practice to foster engagement with other practitioners globally.The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all posted US locations.#LI-AC2 Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of professional experience in alternative delivery related project work. 10+ years of Project Management experience, including tracking project budget and schedule, and managing risks for consulting projects. Training in principles of management consulting, program delivery and alternative project delivery methods. Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to independently track communicate to and positively manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain networks. Demonstrated ability to communicate well at an executive level. Manages individual time by building due dates into assignments and then prioritizes work to accomplish more in less time. Continually seeks new functional knowledge and looks to build technical expertise. Excels in a team setting by clearly communicating project information and by listening effectively and inviting responses. Experience in understanding of estimating and benchmarking. Excellent organization and prioritization skills to execute work accurately and largely self-directed, handle multiple priorities, and analyze reports and trend activities. Attention to detail and ability to establish and meet deadlines / budgets. Demonstrated expertise in project and program management standards and practices including the management of risk for clients Proven ability to work successfully in multi-disciplinary teams such as teams that include financial and legal teams, developers, engineers, planners, economists and scientists all contributing to their respective elements of a project Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft write-ups of the findings of economic and financial analysesJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
