Job Functions: + Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures. + Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service. + Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations. + Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment. Experience: + 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership + 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations + 1+ year of training and/or developing teams Skills and Demands: + Ability to work various shifts. + Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. + Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
