DescriptionWhat We're Looking For:We are seeking an experienced strategic and results-driven Partner Director to lead our strategic cloud partnerships. This individual will have a deep understanding of SaaS partner dynamics and a proven track record of managing relationships with cloud partners. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of our Global GTM motion, fostering innovation and joint selling initiatives, and promoting Meltwater's solutions through the cloud partners' marketplaces. This role reports directly to the SVP of Global Alliances and Partnerships.What You'll Do:Develop, update, and execute a comprehensive multi-year partnership strategy with our cloud partners and the partner ecosystem.Drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to enhance Meltwater's presence and solutions in the Co-sell and cloud partners Marketplace.Build and nurture relationships with key cloud partner stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to our cloud partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to enable joint selling motions.Promote and facilitate integration of Meltwater and cloud partner solutions to drive mutual growth.Define clear objectives, milestones, and KPIs to monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Represent Meltwater in partner meetings and events.Identify and leverage opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling with cloud partners.Actively drive joint pipeline development, enabling new customer acquisition and existing customer retention and expansion.Evangelize our cloud partnerships internally and externallyConduct training sessions to educate stakeholders on the value proposition of our cloud partnershipsWhat You'll Bring:5-10 years of partner experience with a focus on cloud partner relationships.Strong understanding of SaaS partner dynamics and relationship building.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic GTM plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving joint initiatives.Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure partnership success.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans and initiatives.Self-motivated, with ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, while also contributing collaboratively to team goals.Willingness to travel as required.Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.Ideal Candidate Will Bring:Strong existing cloud partner relationships (global sales teams, marketing, product teams, etc.)At least 5 years working at a cloud partner (ideally in a sales or partnership role)At least 5 years driving a cloud partnership at a SaaS company (including Co-Sell, Co-Marketing, and Co-Development experience)Direct sales experience with proven record of exceeding pipeline and quota targetsExperience successfully evangelizing a SaaS solution to a cloud partner's Global Sales organizationWhat We Offer:Opportunity to leverage your extensive experience to drive a critical partnership as part of a new, dynamic, and growing global partnership teamBase Salary of $125K -$135K USD per year + quarterly commissions [subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan].Total compensation range for this position: $250K - $270K USD per year.
