About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services to an assigned high-profile Aviation or Government & Defense client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Manage all areas of project management for multiple projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout with respect to the delivery of specific site-based work for various projects. u00b7 Work collaboratively alongside the Regional Project Managers Scheduler, Estimator, and Controller to manage the site. u00b7 Interface with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals. u00b7 Work with the contractor to coordinate the required permits, approvals, and consents as well as to coordinate site logistics. u00b7 Oversee the delivery of the works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements. u00b7 Coordinate the effective application of change control procedures and escalates decisions as required. u00b7 Work collaboratively with the wider regional team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals incl. design, health and safety, quality, environmental, security, etc. u00b7 Work collaboratively with the wider regional team to coordinate procurement activities and contract management activities. u00b7 Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. u00b7 Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline. u00b7 Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. u00b7 Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects. u00b7 Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion. u00b7 Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. u00b7 Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. u00b7 Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. u00b7 Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. u00b7 Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies. u00b7 Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals. u00b7 Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. What Youu2019ll Need: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. u00b7 Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience in program or project management. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. u00b7 Demonstrated expertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to deliver complex road / highways projects. Experience with large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure projects or programs is strongly desired. u00b7 Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects. u00b7 Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making. u00b7 Familiarity of working in collaborative project environments and a working knowledge and experience of progressive contracting models incl. Progressive Design Build and Target Price. u00b7 Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings / workshops with groups of stakeholders. u00b7 Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset. u00b7 The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. u00b7 Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. u00b7 In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. u00b7 Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsendu2019s applicable benefit program.
