The Enterprise Sales team at Workday helpsthe company to continue to grow by balancing integrity and innovation,ensuring Workmates have the environment to bring their best self, andget better by pushing and developing themselves and the Workmates aroundthem.About the RoleHere at Workday, our Account Executives are key players in our FieldSales organization. Our Customer Base sales team uses their extensiveexperience and consultative selling skills to initiate and support salesof Workday Solutions within Workdays existing customers. This fantasticteam of hardworking professionals play a key role in driving incrementaladd-on business into strategic named accounts. As a team, we believethat partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions thatdeliver long lasting value is super important. We want to make sure thatour customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever this role, you will:Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships withexisting customers with a focus on upselling via deal managementPerform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating withpre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignmentDrive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions withinMedium Enterprise customersCoordinate cross functionally with Workdays internal teams (pre-sales,digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical and sales support)About YouBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial /Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field salesposition.4+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-SuiteExecutives to close opportunities4+ years experience with building relationships with existing customersfor add-on or incremental business4+ years experience in developing long-term account strategies withexisting customersOther QualificationsExperience with managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with largedeal sizesUnderstanding of the the strategic competitive landscape of the industryby staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you caneffectively position Workday solutions within accountsExperience leveraging and partnering with internal team members onaccount strategiesExcellent verbal and written co munication skillsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and anyadditional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based onwork location. As a part of the total compensation package, this rolemay be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specificcommission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
