As an Associate Quantitative Analyst on the MDT InvestmentTeam, you will contribute directly to the research that powers ourinvestment models. This is a highly technical, hands-on role ideal forcandidates who enjoy solving complex problems and applying advancedstatistical and computational methods to real-world financial data.Analysts work closely with senior researchers and portfolio managers,gaining exposure to the full research workflow and learning theunderlying frameworks that guide systematic investing. Major Duties: - Conduct research toidentify, test, and refine predictive signals - Analyze large,high-dimensional financial datasets using modern statistical and machinelearning methods - Design experiments and build research prototypes inproduction-quality code - Collaborate with senior researchers tovalidate model assumptions, and enhance the robustness of the investmentprocess Position Specifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science,mathematics, applied math, or similar quantitative discipline required -Strong programming ability required - Research experience, experienceworking with Python in a scientific setting, and experience working withlarge datasets preferred - No prior finance experience required Theannual base salary range for the position is $110,000 - $130,000.
