Shift: various start times-various end times Hourly Rate: $22.50 an hour + $0.5 shift differential + ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : u00b7You coach and discuss the team's expectations and resolution to correct issues.u00b7You train new operators, provide refresher training, and assist existing operators.u00b7You develop training materials, including OPLs, Playbooks, and job Aids.u00b7You start up, operate, maintain, sanitize, and monitor equipment and machinery to process fillings and shut down procedures, including CIP operation.u00b7You Scale minor ingredients by weight, count, or bulk flow meters into bins or mixing equipment according to company-issued recipe control parameters.u00b7You maintain computer-related equipment or control panels to operate automated machinery and understand SAP functions, including PSA verification, goods issuing, and goods issue reversal.u00b7You report to the line Team lead.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum:u00b76 months + of experience working in a production, manufacturing, or distribution environment.u00b7Experience working in a food processing environment.
