As part of a global team, this role will be responsible for executing the team's project plan, processes, methodologies, playbooks and tools through the due diligence, integration and onboarding of acquired or exiting employees.Key responsibilities include:Lead HR M&A and/or transition activity, including diligence, leveling, policy alignment, offers, people integration strategy, and organizational change management approach, coordinating HR workstreams to ensure a successful due diligence and integration volvement in Due Diligence, providing feedback to the M&A team to ensure deals are being considered with the transformation in mind and that due diligence conclusions are appropriately addressed in integration planningEngage with acquired business leaders to ensure an understanding of their company and employees, creating summaries of learnings for senior leadership.Consult with the business and Corporate Development as the subject matter expert for People acquisition activities.Analyze, identify and integrate/disposition employees from business acquisitions and/or awarded/ending client contracts.Create, implement, and manage the HR Transition and Integration plan for acquired employees.Execute detailed HR workstream integration and onboarding plans on-time & on-budget and regularly report progressAssess risk and identify recommendations for potential mitigation activitiesIdentify, coordinate and engage resources and deliverables across HR and functional teams to facilitate and enable integration activities according to planYou will be successful in this role if you have:University degree in a business , HR or finance fieldMinimum of 6 years work experience in Human Resources with at least 3+ years of this in M&A integration/due diligenceExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast moving environmentStrong functional knowledge across finance, HR, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, sales operations, business operationsRapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesFlexible to different approaches to meet the deliverable requirementsExcellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skillsAbility to influence senior stakeholders, being a strong change agentHigh attention to detailExpert in MS suite of tools and project management tools/software packagesThe preferred candidate will have:Successful track record of problem solving, a
