Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description You are an expert facilitator: you opendoors, foster communication, and bridge the gap. Virtual FieldReimbursement Manager (VFRM) will be responsible for the management ofdefined accounts in a specified geography. The Virtual FieldReimbursement Manager will execute the collaborative territory strategicplan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, whichmay include call center services (HUB), sales, market access, and othercollaboration partners. Responsibilities include ensuring understandingof reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patientsupport programs. The Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager will also workon patient-level reimbursement issue resolution. Educate HCPs onreimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and codingrequirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers,etc.) Collaborate with field support team members such as salesrepresentatives and key account managers and serve as reimbursementexpert for the local team Act with a sense of urgency to addresscritical access and affordability issues for patients Conduct virtualreimbursement and access support, education and creative problem-solvingaligned to FRM Rules of Engagement Build strong, trust-basedrelationships with customers in all assigned accounts Grow the knowledgeof hub and specialty distribution channels to improve practice andpatient support needs Execute business in accordance with the highestethical, legal, and compliance standards, including timely andsuccessful completion of all required training Extensive knowledge ofmedication access channels (i.e., pharmacy and medical benefit includingbuy & bill and/or assignment of benefit (AOB) across multiple sites ofcare) Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and aresults-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: BA/BS degree required4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience 1+ years of experience infield reimbursement experience Ability to solve access issues related tospecialty pharmacy channel Experience immunology nice to have, notrequired Virtual experience is preferred Strong written, verbal, andinterpersonal skills required The annual base salary for this positionranges from $125,000 to $145,000. The base salary range represents theanticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as thecandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency forthe role.
