Job Summary The WebAdministration Team Leader (Team Leader - IT Infrastructure) isresponsible for the planning, implementation and support of shared webenvironments. This role develops and manages a team of InformationTechnology (IT) professionals and works collaboratively across the ITorganization to streamline delivery and align IT services with businessneeds. Job Responsibilities Manage and develop a technical team of WebAdministrators that are responsible for delivering on projects andsupporting shared web environments. Ensure staff is knowledgeable andcross-trained. Develop strategic relationships with IT, business unitsand key vendors. Define infrastructure strategies consistent withcompany and department standards. Align team with IT strategies, goals,initiatives and priorities. Understand and follow corporate anddepartmental policies and processes. Foster a process-driven ITorganization. Create and maintain an environment of continuousimprovement and excellence.
