JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You'll Do Core Workday Reporting (Primary Focus)Build and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and RaaS reports. Writeclear, efficient report logic using calculated fields, prompts, andconditions. Support recurring HR processes like performance reviews,planning cycles, and goal setting. Test and validate reports to ensureaccuracy and performance. Document report purpose, logic, and expecteduse.Discovery Boards Build and maintain Workday Discovery Boards for HRteams and leaders. Use simple, consistent visuals and clean logic.Adjust detail and framing based on the audience.Prism Analytics(Advanced / Selective) Act as the primary Prism expert on the reportingteam. Design and maintain Prism datasets, pipelines, and transformationswhen standard reporting isn't enough. Support multisource data and morecomplex reporting needs. Set practical standards for dataset structure,naming, and reuse. Guide peers on when and how to use Prismwell.Partnership & Intake Translate business questions into clearreporting requirements. Work closely with HRBPs and enablement teams toclarify needs and limits. Explain tradeoffs and recommend realisticsolutions. Manage requests with clear priorities and steadydelivery.Quality & Standards Deliver errorfree outputs with clean,readable logic. Build reusable templates and shared reporting patterns.Follow enterprise data definitions and privacy expectations. Identifydata issues and work with partners to resolve them. What We're LookingForRequired 5-7+ years of Workday reporting experience. Strong handsonskill with Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and RaaS reports. Handsonexperience with Workday Prism Analytics. Experience deliveringoperational, cyclebased HR reporting. Ability to turn vague questionsinto clear, workable reports. Strong attention to detail and comfortvalidating data. Advanced Excel skills and experience working withmultisource data. Experience working in a centralized or sharedreporting team.Preferred Experience supporting both HR teams and seniorleaders. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, orSQL.Capabilities & Competencies Technical Depth: Strong command ofWorkday reporting, with advanced skill in Prism data modeling whenneeded. Analytical Precision: Produces accurate outputs with clean logicand disciplined validation. Systems Orientation: Understands how dataflows through Workday, including upstream inputs and downstream impacts.Problem Structuring: Breaks unclear or openended requests into clear,workable reporting components. Quality Rigor: Maintains consistency,documentation, and logic clarity across all deliverables.
