Collaborate directlywith customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality,code-compliant electrical builds while providing mentorship toearly-career engineers through technical advice and knowledge sharing.This role offers the outstanding opportunity to lead technical effortsfrom project inception to production, ensuring seamless system-levelintegration and compatibility Lead complex electrical build efforts,delivering complete electrical drawing sets and EBOMs Act as the primarytechnical interface for customers, coordinating multi-disciplinaryrequirements Ensure system-level electrical integration across medium-and low-voltage systems, following codes and standards Conduct earlyprioritization discussions and feasibility studies with customersCollaborate with vendors for technical documentation Identify andresolve electrical composition issues during design reviews, build, ortest phases Provide technical direction to support Production duringbuild and test activities Lead coordinated projects with significantelectrical content, ensuring customer specifications are met Workcross-functionally to manage scope, align project goals, and ensuresuccessful implementation Mentor early-career engineers, encouraging acollaborative and inclusive environment YOU HAVE: A Bachelor's degreein Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalenthands-on experience, preferred. 5+ years of experience in electricalbuild, system integration, or related roles, preferred. Provenexperience leading complex electrical projects independently Solidknowledge of medium- and low-voltage power systems and integrationprinciples, preferred.
