Maintenance Manager

Job ID: 41081 Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA Expected Salary Range: $113,409.00 - $151,212.00 Work M Odel: Onsite As Maintenance Manager for the Catalyst Business Unit's PPCAT plant, you will organize, direct, and manage all facility-wide maintenance operations, including planning, preventive maintenance programs, and coordination of in-house and third-party contracting services. This position is critical to ensuring the continuous availability of safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance support to our operating plants and administrative departments. You will lead maintenance teams in optimizing equipment reliability, controlling costs within budget, and implementing process improvements that enhance overall operational effectiveness. Your leadership will directly impact plant uptime, safety performance, and the successful execution of our production objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to resource management while maintaining hands-on oversight of daily maintenance activities and contractor operations.
