Senior Electrical Project Manager u2013 Job DescriptionOverview The Senior Electrical Project Manager oversees multiple project managers and largeu2011scale electrical construction projects, ensuring successful delivery of complex industrial and advanced technology work. This role manages cost, schedule, performance, and client relationships while anticipating challenges and driving solutions that support operational and financial goals. Responsibilities + Supervise multiple Project Managers across diverse electrical projects. + Manage individual major projects or combined efforts totaling up to $30M. + Make critical decisions affecting project cost, schedule, scope, and performance. + Oversee planning, execution, cost control, forecasting, and project closeout. + Prepare detailed monthly progress and completion reports. + Direct onu2011site foremen to ensure schedule and budget compliance. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. + Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to protect project delivery. + Support business development by promoting integrated company services. Qualifications + 15+ years of experience in selling, estimating, and managing large industrial or advanced technology electrical projects. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of project management experience; or equivalent field experience as an Electrical Foreman plus PM experience. + Proven success managing projects exceeding 100,000 manu2011hours. + Expertise in electrical codes, heavy power distribution, instrumentation, and process control systems. + Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and system turnover processes. + Skilled in labor, material, and contract management, including earnedu2011value tracking. + Ability to perform detailed takeu2011offs and electrical estimating. + Prior experience in electrical subcontracting required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Boise, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr. paid holidays and PTO; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401k plan and Employee Assistance Program.
