We are now accepting applications for a Branch Relationship Banker to join the team located at our Maryland parkway branch in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Essential Functions: u00b7 Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service. Duties may include new accounts, consumer loans, and performing client services issues. u00b7 Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resource. u00b7 Be responsible for making appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products. u00b7 Follow up with clients as needed. u00b7 If needed, be responsible to perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans. u00b7 Be responsible to resolve customer service issues. u00b7 Establish, expand and maintain a strong customer relationship by providing extensive, personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer. u00b7 Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: u00b7 2+ years experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. u00b7 Previous experience in a financial sales representative oriented role preferred. u00b7 Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services and transactions. u00b7 Strong knowledge of all retail products and services. u00b7 Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications. u00b7 Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. u00b7 Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills. u00b7 Strong mathematical, problem-solving and negotiation skills. u00b7 Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and time management. u00b7 Proficient in basic computer skills. u00b7 High School diploma or equivalent.
