BA/Scrum Master - INTL Near Shore

Job Description We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a Scrum team delivering CRMu2011based solutions within the commercial software space. This role is a backfill for an existing team member who is temporarily supporting a larger Product Owner / Project Manager initiative. The ideal candidate will split responsibilities between Agile Scrum Master duties and Business Analysis activities, working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and contact center users. The role will primarily support the Siebel CRM platform, with lighter involvement in a Salesforce B2B system.
