Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance + Clean and maintain all common areas including lounges, dining rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and event spaces. + Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces according to club standards. + Ensure restrooms and member areas are continuously stocked and impeccably maintained. + Remove trash and recycling promptly and discreetly. + Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis. + Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed. u00a0 Presentation & Standards + Maintain high-end finishes, furnishings, and fixtures with care. + Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly. + Follow detailed cleaning checklists and operational protocols. + Ensure all spaces reflect The Gathering Spotu2019s brand standards. u00a0 Member Experience + Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor around members and guests. + Protect member privacy and confidentiality at all times. + Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from management or members. u00a0 Safety & Compliance + Follow all health and safety guidelines. + Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
