Nurse Manager - NICU

Crouseu2019s 57-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is hiring a Nurse Manager. The NICU is the only level 4 in the region, covering a 14-county area in Central New York. Pay Range: Starting at $130,000 based on experience and education. Nurse Manager Responsibilities + Responsible for providing leadership and assuring the nursing process is implemented effectively by evaluating the plan and quality of care provided by staff. + Coordination of staffing and provider relations, business operations and maintaining fiscal responsibilities. Nurse Manager Position Requirements: + Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York state. + Bachelors's Degree in Nursing, or a Bachelor's degree in another field with current matriculation in a Mater's in Nursing degree program with an established program end-date. + Five (5) years experience as a staff nurse with demonstrated expertise in clinical field, previous leadership experience preferred. + Must have level 3 or higher NICU experience + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at time of hire or within 6 weeks after hire.
