Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in human resources processes such as onboarding, compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining organizational standards and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization. u2022 Oversee and manage procedures to maintain compliance with company policies. u2022 Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including documentation and record-keeping. u2022 Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee information and reporting. u2022 Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and policies across all operations. u2022 Assist in coordinating employee training programs and development initiatives. u2022 Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR activities align with organizational goals. u2022 Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making. u2022 Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role. u2022 Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR administration. u2022 Knowledge of conducting background checks and maintaining compliance standards. u2022 Proficiency in using HRIS systems to manage employee data. u2022 Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. u2022 Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
