Brand Designer

What You'll Be Responsible For: Brand Design: Execute day-to-day production design work, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets. Sales Enablement: Design and rapidly iterate on professional sales decks, presentation templates, and internal communications, ensuring visual consistency across all key external communications. Marketing Collateral: Create and update a range of enablement assets such as one-pagers, case studies, event signage, and email graphics. Brand Adherence: Serve as a brand guardian for day-to-day assets, ensuring all materials strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, including but not limited to typography, color, illustration, and more. Brand Evolution: Ideate and innovate alongside the Head of Brand and creative team to continue to evolve and grow the brand. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to translate the teams goals and content into compelling visual stories. Asset Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining the design asset library and foundational brand files.Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related field (internships and academic projects are welcome). A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and clean, scalable design execution. Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote). Ability to think strategically about brand while executing at a high craft level Ability to manage multiple production deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for turning complex ideas into simple, beautiful designs. Ability to communicate, collaborate, and explain design decisions clearly.This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, USA with hybrid work flexibility and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office.US Salary Range and BenefitsSalary Range: $85,000 - $105,000Compensation & Equity: The salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position. The base salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on a wide range of compensation factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Altana's total compensation package.
