MEC isseeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead full-cyclerecruiting for professional exempt positions across various locationsand internal functions. We need a qualified candidate to partner closelywith hiring manager and HR leadership working towards a shared goal ofattracting, assessing, and hiring high-caliber talent. You will be anindependent process owner leading continous improvement projects,tracking and reporting key performance metrics, and advising internalpartners on best practices within the talent area. This candidate willalso be involved in initiatives to strengthen employer branding and theemployer value proposition (EVP). Location/Schedule: Flexible Hybrid(office-centric culture, willing to figure out what works best foreveryone) Responsibilities Owns the full-cycle recruiting process forprofessional exempt roles, from intake through offer acceptance.Partners with hiring managers to develop effective candidate sourcingstrategies that attract ideal candidates, including direct sourcing,referrals, or external partners. Creates applicant pools and talentpipelines by posting and promoting job openings. Evaluates applications,reviews resumes, completes phone screens, and conducts interviews todetermine candidate fit. Supports employee value proposition branding,campus and outreach recruiting, and internal key talent projects.Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and internalhiring policies.
