CompetitiveWages Quarterly Bonuses State of the art equipment/machines 401K MatchOn Site Health Center Benefits starting after only 30 days ContinuousLearning Opportunities Paid skilled trades boot camps ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing as an Assembler: - Assembles reloaders with theaid of verbal instructions, print(s) or sample parts - Uses varioustypes of riveting devices, hand tools, air guns and power devices toassemble parts. - Checks parts for quality and accuracy using basicinspection devices such as micrometers, verniers, scales, squares andgages. - Assembles prototypes with Engineering help. - Inspectsreloaders prior to boxing & shipping. - Must be qualified to assemble atevery station and process on various lines. - Must be able a team playermaintaining positive attitudes while improving quality andefficiencies. - Must know line bills of materials and be able tomaintain accurate inventories. - Must have a healthy ContinuousImprovement attitude - improve efficiency/productivity on lines whereapplicable. - Must be highly motivated as well as a self-directedindividual. - Must be willing to accept and promote change to processesand procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiencies throughoutall areas.
