Follows safety guidelines andmonitors use of safety devices, equipment, departmental housekeeping,and maintain constant alert for hazardous conditions. Maintainconformance with Company work rules and regulations. Trained andcertified for all welding operations, methods and processes. Operationaland Setup knowledge of automated and robotic weld cells. Operational andSetup knowledge of resistance welders. Knowledgeable on WeldingSpecification requirements, print reading, and weld evaluationtechniques. Weld process, automated fixture and machine trouble shootingskills. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications What it takes to bea ROBOTIC WELDER with MEC: High school diploma or general educationdegree (GED), or one year related experience and/or training ispreferred. Ability to train and work with others (Team Concept). Abilityto do basic math Be able to lift and move 50 pounds Ability to computerate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
