Adecco is hiring immediately for a Junior Talent Acquisition with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $28.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. Duties: u00b7 Our Talent Acquisition Strategy team is looking for a contractor to support our hiring ramp activities of attracting, engaging, and hiring talent. u00b7 This role will have a variety of responsibilities which include but are not limited to sourcing, market mapping, project coordination, data analysis, etc. u00b7 Partner with the global TA leaders to gather and analyze success across various geographies on their sourcing strategy and identify improvement opportunities. u00b7 Provide operational support to the University Recruiting teams by coordinating candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and support of recruiting events. u00b7 Support weekly collection of data/information from the regional teams for review with leadership. u00b7 Gather market mapping using LinkedIn, AI resources and other tools, as per requests for sourcing. u00b7 Coordinate and manage TA tool access for contractors, ensuring on time onboarding and off-boarding. Qualifications: u00b7 Bachelors degree u00b7 2+ years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics u00b7 Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university recruiting programs strongly preferred u00b7 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights u00b7 Project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives u00b7 Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, applying a strong problem-solving mindset u00b7 Computer Skills :Powerpoint, Excel, Smartsheets u00b7 Soft Skills: Required: Excellent communication skills, organized, attention to detail, proactive/ self-driven Click on apply now for immediate consideration for this Junior Talent Acquisition in Santa Clara, CA.
