Operations Manager - Material Recycling

JOB REQUIREMENTS: BILINGUAL IN SPANISH REQUIRED The MaterialRecycling Facility Operations Manager will select, supervise and trainemployees in their respective position to ensure safe, professional andefficient service in branch with over 30 million in revenue. Thisindividual will provide leadership which results in positiveemployee/employer relations and a professional corporate image. Practice progressive discipline with all employeeperformance issues. Ensure proper completion of paperwork for driversincluding truck reports, driver logs and vehicle inspections daily.Conduct an annual review on each employee's job performance evaluationand approve any changes to an employee's compensation. Adhere to allwage and hour guidelines. Operations Establish priorities to meetcustomer service commitments. Lead all aspects of the MRF operations,including the sorting lines, heavy equipment usage (loaders,excavators), and outbound material logistics.
