Our client, a global manufacturing and technology company , is seeking a Quality Specialist / Experienced Professional to join their team. As a Quality Specialist , you will be part of the Quality Management Department supporting cross-functional teams and international quality networks . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Specialist / Experienced Professional Location: Raleigh NC Pay Range: $75/hr. $85.71/hr. Whatu2019s the Job? + Drive and monitor NPS and CXI measures along the end-to-end customer journey. + Create a transparent and open environment to foster a strong quality culture with management. + Ensure risks are identified, considered, and controlled throughout the design and use of the Quality Management System. + Coach and train employees in specific quality areas, and lead agile/lean projects (e.g., as a SCRUM master). + Apply process improvement methods, including Value Stream Mapping, to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Whatu2019s Needed? + Typically 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality, process improvement, or related fields (Master entry considered). + Good knowledge of technical or business methods, with foundational theoretical understanding. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for non-routine tasks. + Experience coordinating quality-related staff and international/national quality networks. + Proactive mindset, with ability to drive digital solutions, coaching, and creative problem-solving.
